Tessa Worthy, MA, RP (Qualifying)

Tessa completed her Master of Arts in Counselling Psychology program from Yorkville University, where she acquired experience working clients with issues related to stress, anxiety, low mood, self-esteem, life transitions, and relationship issues (family, friends, partners).

Tessa has a natural born passion to help individuals navigate the unavoidable challenges life throws their way. She believes that everyone deserves support as they make sense of their experiences, become aware of their strengths, and find personally meaningful ways to move forwards with their lives.

Being down to earth, Tessa's hope is to make clients feel comfortable and be their authentic selves. Therapeutic approaches include a collaborative, non-judgmental stance, and uses modalities such as; Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Narrative Therapy, Solution Focused, and Mindfulness.








Qualifications / Accreditations:​

  • Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying)

  • Accredited and regulated by CRPO (College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario) Registration # 12151

  • Insured by CCPA (Canadian Counselling and Psychotherapy Association) Membership # 

  • Masters in Counselling Psychology, Yorkville University, NB



  • In-person (5500 North Service Road, Burlington) and virtual

  • Mondays 9-5pm; Tuesdays 11am-7pm


  • Individual Therapy $150 + HST

  • Couples Counselling $175 + HST
