We understand it may be daunting attending therapy for the first time, or changing therapists, so we are here to help you feel comfortable and answer any questions you may have. Your relationship with your therapist is the most important factor in your success; we therefore offer a complimentary, no-obligation call for this reason so we can chat with no expectations or pressure. 

You may have found yourself here as you are dealing with feelings of anxiety or depression, stress and overwhelm, going through a difficult life transition, painful separation / relationship issues, experiencing grief, perinatal concerns, parenting stress, dealing with recovery, or want to process trauma. These are overwhelming situations and emotions which we have personally experienced and worked through, and hope to have the privilege to support and guide you while you work to improve your relationship with both yourself, and those close to you.
