I founded Path to Empowerment with the mission to provide our community with approachable mental health support and to make a difference in your lives. We are a group practice of like-minded, compassionate therapists who genuinely care, and who will put you at ease. We want to prioritize your mental health.

As someone who has experienced numerous challenges and major life transitions, I know this thing we call 'life' can be hard to navigate. For full transparency, I have faced situations where I have felt hopeless, depressed, anxious, unloved, misunderstood, trapped, with no clear path forward, and no hand reaching out to guide, hug, or save, me.
These personal experiences, and my journey through them, are what pulled me towards my second career in Psychotherapy. You may have felt these same emotions or others, however your situation is as unique as you are and there is no one-size-fits-all. At Path To Empowerment our clinicians would be honoured to be able to walk beside you, to work through your concerns towards your specific goals, implementing your values and beliefs.
